Problems

Greetings,

Those of you who follow the FaceBook already know somethings wrong! Those of you that don't probaly just know I haven't been around. For that I am sorry. While I was starting to get back into coding and new pet images, things happened last weekend and I have been dealing with the law since. Basically my ex came and took the babies from my home in the wee morning hours Sat while all slept! I awoke to find my children GONE!! So far I have not been able to get help either the Criminal or Civil Courts because for most the area is grey & they don't want to risk their professional status making a stand against a wrong!

The is one judge who wants to make a stand, however, the motion we gave was not the right one by law! OMG!!! So she could do nothing!!! She may it clear though that there is an obscure motion that is needed in this case... our challenge... to figure it out, because of course while she wants to do something.... she can't the us what it is!!!!!

Justice in the Justice System is an oxymoron.. however... this one has given us clues.... pray to whomever you believe that we find the answer!

I'm so sorry. I knew something was wrong, but this is worse than I imagined. One day this man will suffer as he's made you suffer.
I'm holding you and your children in my heart and my thoughts. May your legal team find the answer quickly and bring your children back to you.

This guy is getting more and more dangerous, breaking into your home and taking the children in the middle of the night is NOT something a normal person/father would do . He is a becoming clear danger to you,and why the stupid courts can not see this is beyond stupid .You and the children are in all of our thoughts and prayers, please be careful.

OMG! I'm sooo sorry to hear this.I feel your pain deeply.As i went thru the similar thing.I hope you get the children back real soon.This guy is clearly insane and dangerous! Please Please Be Careful! I have a ex who is just like this guy,hence why i moved to a diff state.Always check the car before getting in.If you must be out and about stay in public view.And by all means change your locks and use bolt locks.And have a phone with you at all times.And if possible have some one with you when leaving the house or coming home.
Also,if you can get a hold of him,see if you can get some one you trust and some one he wouldn't mind having around to check on the kids on regular bases.Til you can get to courts to take action.
Its not the kids he really wants.Its you.If he cared at all for those kids he would not have done this.

I'm sorry to hear about this . I hope that your children will come back to you as soon as possible and that dangerous man will be locked up.
